Our Founders - The Dreamers Behind the Drones

Two kids who never grew out of their love for engineering, robots and flying things - now passionate about breaking boundaries and pushing the human race forward through technology.

Aditya Agarwal

Starting electronics at 9, programming at 11 and robotics at 13, he has always believed that constant innovation is the key to pushing humanity forward.

His journey in Wint started after he dropped out of university and became fascinated by UAVs. He soon began developing his own customized drones and components, and realized the vast potential of UAVs soon after, along with the need for better engineering and innovation to keep up with evolving consumer and business demands.

After turning his room from a robotics lab to a drone lab, he quickly got himself DGCA certified and started working on flight controllers, with a focus on the software and integration.

He is commited to ensuring that only the highest quality engineering is delivered to our clients, so that they can rest easy and focus on their core business.

When he is not working on Wint, he is probably studying about upcoming technologies, businesses, history, political theory, urban development or just working out outdoors.

Milind Pattanaik

Finding an interest in mathematics at 15, he soon discovered his calling in UAVs at 17 while envisioning a replica of the MQ-9B Predator. Since then, he has continued to create and innovate and built his first customized UAV prototype, including a custom flight controller, at age 19.

Since then, he has turned his passion for engineering into a mission to redefine the limits of unmanned systems. With a focus on robust, customized and certified flight controllers, Milind is committed to driving impactful advancements in the defense and aerospace sectors.

His perfect weekend? Refining his PCB designs and going out for a walk while contemplating strategies for urban development.

When he's not architecting systems, you'll find him meeting and engaging with industrialists, defense personnel or immersing himself in the art of war — studying battle strategies, historical military innovations, and tactical decision-making to fuel his drive for technological solutions for a safer future.
